Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Please note: During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered. Larger items such as furniture may require additional handling time or may ship separately.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is always free on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.

At this time, Simply Savvy ships within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor your package’s delivery progress.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately, and you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Delays

We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at Support@ShopSimplySavvy.com and we’ll be happy to help you locate your package.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office.

If the issue persists, email us at Support@ShopSimplySavvy.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

For damaged packages, please include photos of the item and packaging so our team can review and resolve the issue quickly.
