If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately, and you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Delays

We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office.

If the issue persists, email us at Support@ShopSimplySavvy.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

For damaged packages, please include photos of the item and packaging so our team can review and resolve the issue quickly.
